SnowPro Core Certification

The SnowPro Core Certification (COF-C03) validates practical, hands-on experience with the Snowflake AI Data Cloud. It tests the ability to use Snowflake architecture, manage accounts and virtual warehouses, perform data loading, unloading, and transformation, work with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data, monitor and optimize performance, enable data collaboration and protection, and establish Snowflake connectivity. COF-C03 launched in 2026 replacing COF-C02, adding coverage of Snowflake Cortex AI, Apache Iceberg Tables, Snowflake Notebooks, and Git integration. The exam consists of 100 multiple-choice and multiple-select questions with 115 minutes to complete. A passing score of 750 out of 1000 is required. No formal prerequisites exist, but Snowflake recommends 6 or more months of hands-on experience. The certification is valid for 2 years and is delivered through Pearson VUE (online proctored or testing center).
